So here we are again - Shirley and the Mechanic prepare to hit the road in another cycling advanture, which will doubtless be as incident packed as all the previous editions. Subject to managing our packing successfully and not actually murdering each other, we will be leaving Bristol on Saturday 10th August, heading for Plymouth and the ferry to Roscoff and from there to the Pyrennees. The route is planned, the accommodation is booked and all that remains is for us to pedal a lot of horizontal miles and quite a few vertical ones as well. Follow our travels at your own risk, I am hoping to update on a regular, if not daily, basis and will be looking to bring you the full experience of life on the road - warts and all. Those of you who have followed our trips in the past will know what I mean - for the rest of you, you have been warned!!
